Karla is the real deal. She is dedicated, committed, and as nice as could be. She guided us every step of the way but what made her great was that she had dinner sent to the house the day of closing, sent landscapers over the day of closing since the lawn wasn't tended, made a call to help us get a carpet shampooer, and had checked in several times since we closed. She has been so personal and easy to work with. Always had our best interest in mind. Karla was beyond amazing. I can't say enough good things about her.
